JF West Coast Construction supplies construction manpower to developments and civil projects across Metro Vancouver. The company is led by owner Jorge Francis, with an office manager and foremen who work directly with every crew we send out.

JF West Coast Construction started with a simple idea: contractors in Vancouver need good people, and good people need steady work. Everything we do sits between those two needs.
Our crews have worked on some of the most visible projects in the Lower Mainland, including Oakridge Park in Vancouver and Aquilini Development communities in Tsawwassen and North Vancouver. We supply trades and labour for building sites and civil infrastructure, and certified first aid attendants to keep those sites covered.
We stay small enough that you deal with the same people every time. When you call the office, you reach someone who knows your site and your crew.
