Framing and flooring carpenters for Vancouver builds

JF West Coast supplies framing and flooring carpenters to developers and general contractors across Metro Vancouver. We send the trade you ask for, sized to your schedule, from a single carpenter to a full crew with a lead hand.

Carpenters who keep your framing schedule moving

Framing sets the pace for everything that follows on a multi-family build. When a framing crew is short, drywall, mechanical and electrical all wait. We give you a way to fill those gaps quickly with carpenters who already know how a Vancouver site runs.

Our carpenters work on wood-frame multi-family, townhomes and podium buildings. On the flooring side they install subfloor, engineered hardwood, laminate and luxury vinyl plank in suites, corridors and amenity spaces. You direct the work. We handle getting the right people there on time.

How a crew request works

One call or one form. Here is what happens after you send it.

  1. Step 01

    Send the request

Trade, headcount, site address, start date and how long you need them. A call or the online form both work.

  2. Step 02

    We match the crew

We pick workers who have done that work before and hold the tickets your site requires, then confirm names with you.

  3. Step 03

    Crew shows up ready

Workers arrive on time with PPE, check in with your super and start on your scope.

  4. Step 04

    Adjust as you go

Add hands for a pour, drop down when a phase ends or swap a worker. One call to the office handles it.

Carpenters FAQ

Something not covered here? Call the office at (604) 375-0068.

Do you supply framing carpenters for multi-family buildings?

Yes. Most of our carpentry work is on multi-family and podium projects in Metro Vancouver. Tell us the building type and phase and we send carpenters who have done that kind of framing.

How fast can you get workers to my site?

Call or send the request form with the trade, headcount, site address and start date. We confirm what we can cover the same day and tell you plainly if we cannot fill it. Short-notice requests are common in this work and we treat them that way.

Can your carpenters install flooring in occupied or finished suites?

Yes. Flooring installers are used to working around finished drywall, paint and cabinets. They protect adjacent finishes and clean up at the end of each day.

Can I book a crew for one day or for the whole project?

Both. Some contractors call us to cover a single pour or a missed delivery. Others keep the same crew with us for months. Book the length you need and adjust the headcount as the schedule changes.

We confirm what we can cover the same day. If we cannot fill it, we say so.
