Exterior painting crews for multi-family and commercial
JF West Coast supplies exterior painters to developers and painting contractors across Metro Vancouver. Our crews paint siding, trim, soffits, fascia and doors on townhomes, multi-family and commercial buildings, working to your spec and around the West Coast weather.
Using every dry day
Exterior painting in Vancouver comes down to the weather. When a dry stretch opens up, you need enough painters on the building to use it. When the rain comes back, you need to scale down. We help you do both.
Our exterior painters handle surface prep, caulking, priming and finish coats by brush, roller and sprayer. They work from ladders, scaffold and lifts as your site allows, and follow the fall protection plan you have in place.

How a crew request works
One call or one form. Here is what happens after you send it.
- Step 01
Send the request
Trade, headcount, site address, start date and how long you need them. A call or the online form both work.
- Step 02
We match the crew
We pick workers who have done that work before and hold the tickets your site requires, then confirm names with you.
- Step 03
Crew shows up ready
Workers arrive on time with PPE, check in with your super and start on your scope.
- Step 04
Adjust as you go
Add hands for a pour, drop down when a phase ends or swap a worker. One call to the office handles it.
Exterior painting FAQ
Something not covered here? Call the office at (604) 375-0068.
Can you scale a crew up and down with the weather?
Yes. Exterior work is planned around forecasts. Tell us your target dates and we will help you add painters for dry stretches and pull back when it rains.
Do your painters work at height?
Yes, under your site fall protection plan. Let us know the access method, such as scaffold, swing stage or boom lift, and any tickets you need, and we will match painters who hold them.
How fast can you get workers to my site?
Call or send the request form with the trade, headcount, site address and start date. We confirm what we can cover the same day and tell you plainly if we cannot fill it. Short-notice requests are common in this work and we treat them that way.
Can I book a crew for one day or for the whole project?
Both. Some contractors call us to cover a single pour or a missed delivery. Others keep the same crew with us for months. Book the length you need and adjust the headcount as the schedule changes.
Tell us the trade, the headcount and the start date
We confirm what we can cover the same day. If we cannot fill it, we say so.
