Refinishing painters for cabinets, doors and trim

JF West Coast supplies refinishing painters to contractors, developers and property managers across Metro Vancouver. Our detail crews refinish cabinets, doors, trim and millwork, and fix scuffs and damage before walkthroughs and handover.

The detail work buyers notice

Buyers and owners notice the small things first: a chipped cabinet door, a scuffed frame, a patch that does not match. Refinishing work fixes those things so a suite looks right on the day of the walkthrough.

Our refinishing painters sand, fill and recoat cabinets, doors and trim, colour-match repairs and clean up damage left by other trades. They also refresh existing finishes on strata and commercial renovations, so you do not have to replace what can be restored.

How a crew request works

One call or one form. Here is what happens after you send it.

  1. Step 01

    Send the request

Trade, headcount, site address, start date and how long you need them. A call or the online form both work.

  2. Step 02

    We match the crew

We pick workers who have done that work before and hold the tickets your site requires, then confirm names with you.

  3. Step 03

    Crew shows up ready

Workers arrive on time with PPE, check in with your super and start on your scope.

  4. Step 04

    Adjust as you go

Add hands for a pour, drop down when a phase ends or swap a worker. One call to the office handles it.

Refinishing FAQ

Something not covered here? Call the office at (604) 375-0068.

Is refinishing cheaper than replacing cabinets and doors?

Usually, when the boxes and doors are sound. Refinishing keeps the existing pieces and changes or restores the finish. We can send a painter to look at the condition before you decide.

How fast can you get workers to my site?

Call or send the request form with the trade, headcount, site address and start date. We confirm what we can cover the same day and tell you plainly if we cannot fill it. Short-notice requests are common in this work and we treat them that way.

Do you handle deficiency lists before handover?

Yes. Our deficiency painters work through the list with your superintendent, suite by suite, until each item is closed.

Can I book a crew for one day or for the whole project?

Both. Some contractors call us to cover a single pour or a missed delivery. Others keep the same crew with us for months. Book the length you need and adjust the headcount as the schedule changes.

Tell us the trade, the headcount and the start date

We confirm what we can cover the same day. If we cannot fill it, we say so.
