Interior painting crews for suites and common areas

JF West Coast supplies interior painters to developers, general contractors and painting companies across Metro Vancouver. Our crews handle production painting in suites, corridors, stairwells, parkades and amenity spaces on new builds and renovations.

Production painting, floor by floor

Interior painting on a multi-family building is a production job. Hundreds of suites, the same sequence repeated floor after floor, and a tight window between drywall and flooring. Crews need to move fast without leaving a list of deficiencies behind.

Our interior painters prime and finish walls and ceilings, paint doors and frames, and cut clean lines at every transition. They spray where it makes sense and roll where it does not. When handover gets close, they work the deficiency list with your superintendent.

How a crew request works

One call or one form. Here is what happens after you send it.

  1. Step 01

    Send the request

Trade, headcount, site address, start date and how long you need them. A call or the online form both work.

  2. Step 02

    We match the crew

We pick workers who have done that work before and hold the tickets your site requires, then confirm names with you.

  3. Step 03

    Crew shows up ready

Workers arrive on time with PPE, check in with your super and start on your scope.

  4. Step 04

    Adjust as you go

Add hands for a pour, drop down when a phase ends or swap a worker. One call to the office handles it.

Can your painters keep up with a multi-family production schedule?

Yes. Production painting is most of what our interior crews do. Share the floor sequence and the dates and we will staff the crew to keep pace.

How fast can you get workers to my site?

Call or send the request form with the trade, headcount, site address and start date. We confirm what we can cover the same day and tell you plainly if we cannot fill it. Short-notice requests are common in this work and we treat them that way.

Do your workers carry their own tickets and PPE?

Tell us the tickets your site requires, such as fall protection or WHMIS, and we match workers who hold them. Every worker shows up with standard PPE: hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis and gloves. Site-specific gear gets confirmed when we book the crew.

Can I book a crew for one day or for the whole project?

Both. Some contractors call us to cover a single pour or a missed delivery. Others keep the same crew with us for months. Book the length you need and adjust the headcount as the schedule changes.

Tell us the trade, the headcount and the start date

We confirm what we can cover the same day. If we cannot fill it, we say so.
