Painting crews for new builds and renovations

JF West Coast supplies painters to developers, general contractors and painting companies across Metro Vancouver. We crew exterior, interior and refinishing work on multi-family, commercial and renovation projects, so finishing stays on schedule up to handover.

Painters for the last push before handover

Painting is often the last trade through a building and the one that gets squeezed when earlier work runs long. When handover is fixed and the paint schedule shrinks, you need more hands that already know production painting.

Our painters work on suites, corridors, stairwells, exteriors and amenity spaces. They spray and roll, cut clean lines and handle deficiency touch-ups before walkthroughs. Pick the type of work below to see what each crew covers.

How a crew request works

One call or one form. Here is what happens after you send it.

  1. Step 01

    Send the request

Trade, headcount, site address, start date and how long you need them. A call or the online form both work.

  2. Step 02

    We match the crew

We pick workers who have done that work before and hold the tickets your site requires, then confirm names with you.

  3. Step 03

    Crew shows up ready

Workers arrive on time with PPE, check in with your super and start on your scope.

  4. Step 04

    Adjust as you go

Add hands for a pour, drop down when a phase ends or swap a worker. One call to the office handles it.

Painters FAQ

Something not covered here? Call the office at (604) 375-0068.

Do you supply painters to painting contractors?

Yes. Many of our painters go to painting companies that need extra hands for a big building or a tight deadline. They work under your foreman and to your standards.

How fast can you get workers to my site?

Call or send the request form with the trade, headcount, site address and start date. We confirm what we can cover the same day and tell you plainly if we cannot fill it. Short-notice requests are common in this work and we treat them that way.

Do your workers carry their own tickets and PPE?

Tell us the tickets your site requires, such as fall protection or WHMIS, and we match workers who hold them. Every worker shows up with standard PPE: hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis and gloves. Site-specific gear gets confirmed when we book the crew.

Can I book a crew for one day or for the whole project?

Both. Some contractors call us to cover a single pour or a missed delivery. Others keep the same crew with us for months. Book the length you need and adjust the headcount as the schedule changes.

Tell us the trade, the headcount and the start date

We confirm what we can cover the same day. If we cannot fill it, we say so.
